[AccessD] Office 2003 Developer?

...afaik "Microsoft Office Access 2003 Developer Extensions" is used to
create Access 2003 runtime packages and is a component of "Microsoft Visual
Studio® Tools for the Microsoft Office System" ...VS Tools supports C# and
VB in addition to VBA ...I've not seen a distinct ODE as in XP.
