[AccessD] Field - Can Grow - on a Form

I'm using Access 2002 and I can't seem to get the fields on a form to
grow to fit the size needed for the data in the table.  For instance,
most of the data is about 50 characters but there are some that are
about 150 characters.  Instead of wasting space on the form for the
larger data, I would like the field to grow on the form.  I selected
Can Grow in the properties of the field, but it still does not allow
the field to grow on the form.
