Yes, you can do this, it requires the ShowWindow API call. It is commonly known that you also need to set all of the forms that you want visible to have their popup property set to yes, but also in 2000, that you need the modal property set to yes also. I have a method that does not require the modal property in 2000. Go to the Access section of my site (http://www.wolfwares.com) and download the Always On Top database. It does exactly what you want (and a little more, it puts the form 'always on top', kinda handy....).
