My Backup/service experience is irrelevant because my situation is totally different to you <g> I much prefer to work with Dell servers because Compaq/HP tend to stick a lot of their own proprietary management software all over the place (all the way from their hidden system management partitions through to add-ons to the OS.) At times it can be a real PITA.
