[AccessD] Implements vs WithEvents

Hi Robert

Yes, it's right to credit John for leaving obtuse mode and, again,
taking the time to explain this important topic. I'm certainly not
mastering DEEP myself but like John I received expert advice - even a
demobase - from Shamil which helped me combining the big picture and
the hand work (nuts and bolts) which add up to this great but well
hidden feature of Access.
