[AccessD] Report lines not printing

Hi David

Sounds like printer driver problems.

Try/check this:

1. Use the Postscript driver for that printer if possible.
2. Update the PCL driver as earlier versions are known to be buggy.
3. Use the HP 5p PCL printer driver which is known to be less buggy.
4. As a last resort use the HP LaserJet II printer driver ...

Also check to setting for the printer resolution. If it is too low,
fine line may disappear.
