[AccessD] Make-table query points to c:\documents and settings?!

Gustav,
a big thank you for all the support.

i have rewriten the whole lot!
The creation of the database and I'm using code to
create the tables in that newly created database
instead off calling Make-Table queries. 

I'm now working on a (semi-)automatic relink thingy.
