Rats. No soap. Got the error on the second delete after adding the dbengineidle and the subfrm requery like this: DoCmd.SetWarnings False DoCmd.DoMenuItem acFormBar, acEditMenu, 8, , acMenuVer70 DoCmd.DoMenuItem acFormBar, acEditMenu, 6, , acMenuVer70 DoCmd.SetWarnings True DBEngine.Idle dbRefreshCache Me.Requery Me!subfrmPODetail.Requery Any other ideas?
