Not in a query. You can't logically enable an interface-level connection to a database where the user has no permissions on the other database. Why are you using two workgroups, and what is it you're actually trying to accomplish? With two Access databases (db) having two workgroup (wg) files; Is there a way to establish a query connection from db/wg A to db/wg B? i.e. can I establish a sourcedatabase connection from a query and specify mdb, mdw, user and password -link doesn't work since the logged-in user or owner does not have access to the other db. -- _______________________________________________ AccessD mailing list AccessD at databaseadvisors.com http://databaseadvisors.com/mailman/listinfo/accessd Website: http://www.databaseadvisors.com
