[AccessD] Connect to db with different wrkgroup

Thanks Jim - that would be ok except the data is live and is being
updated.  If I move it to a new table (v.2000) then the data isn't
accessible to the 2.0 app.  Oh well, nobody ever told me this stuff was
supposed to be easy.
