Chester: Instead of datasheet view use continuous form. Then you can set the Enabled and Locked properties of each field individually. The first field, date, is automatically filled in from a selection on another form. The second field is a drop down list box. The third field is to enter a numeric value. For any given date I need to let the user only select a particular item from the drop down list in the second field once. Is this possible through indexing or some other method?
