[AccessD] Database Conversion in VBA

Oops.
In Versio test  routine should be this line to open mdb as shared and 
readonly


Set db = DBEngine.OpenDatabase(strpath, False, True)
rather than
Set db = DBEngine.OpenDatabase(strpath)
