[AccessD] Strange Behavior with Caps Lock

Dear List:

I have a user who is trying to enter data with the caps lock on and use the shift key to do lower case (Users! You gotta love 'em).

When he does that Access is reversing the case on him.  So when he enters ePANEL with the caps lock on it changes it to Epanel.  With the caps lock off, no problem.

Is there a setting to disable this auto change of case?
