[AccessD] OT? Getting Started

If it's the VBA aspect you are new too, Wrox has (used to have?) an Access VBA book for beginners.  Pretty warm and fuzzy, steps you though using VBA instead of macros.

It's not the best reference in the world, but it may be a good start on the fundamentals.
