One warning if you install Access 2003 via an upgrade CD from say Access97 and you want to keep both on the system, do the standard install to a new directory. I think it will install to a default C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office XP\OFFICE11 But "DO NOT" check the upgrade box, do a full or custom install.
