[AccessD] Continuous form on a continuous form

Hi Rocky
Don't listen to the crap Access warnings :-))
Just click yes when it tells you crap about not having a Cont form on a cont form.
Then just place it there anyway and change the default view back to continuous
I know this works for Headers and footers - dunno about details
