[AccessD] Programatically launch a Dial-Up Networking Connect ion?

What a maroon!  I'm thinking in terms of APIs, and it turns out all I
have to do is trigger a batch file that runs rasdial and mstsc
commands.

Typical of me to overcomplicate something simple.  ;)
