Not sure exactly what you are doing but have a look at these sample mdb's especially cascading combo boxes and listboxes. And this one MultiSelect.mdb ( intermediate ) Form illustrates two methods how to write values selected in a multi-select list box into a table. http://www.rogersaccesslibrary.com/TableOfContents3.asp Might be enough to get you started.
