[AccessD] Hyperlinks for the BEU

Anyone know what makes a hyperlink different than a memo?

What I mean is this:  the value for a hyperlink and a memo is 12 (that's 12
for both).  However, the attributes are different.

What I'm after is the differences that define one as a hyperlink and the
other as a memo.

Working on a new data type for the BEU and could use your help.
