[AccessD] Terminal Server and Access XP

Users are getting a "Run-Time error 13, type mis match" when the application tries to cycle through some controls with the following:
 
Dim ctl as Control
For Each ctl in Me.Controls...
 
This works fine in A97 and XP on regular machines. It even works for the administrator on a terminal server machine, but not regular users on terminal server.
 
Anyone have a clue?????????
