[AccessD] Hyperlink Field

I added a field to the table & set it as type - hyperlink. On the form when
I type in the address Microsoft.com it does not access the site. It does
from the table, but not on the form. When I enter the field on the form it
shows Microsoft.com#http://Microsoft.com#.

How do you create a hyperlink field that works?
