[AccessD] Latest fw demo - Service Classes

The latest demo database is on my site - click on C2DbFW3G and select v4.
It includes a functioning zip form and the classes, module and dlls to use
that.  If you extract the entire contents of the zip file the zip form
should create a zipped file from one of the databases.
