Check out this article from John Dvorak on an important issue regarding Microsoft's newest tactic: ERASING A PROGRAM THAT IT DOESN'T THINK YOU NEED/WANT. http://www.pcmag.com/article2/0,1759,1549285,00.asp So, before you upgrade, you might want to be sure and have your old Office CD handy, so that you can re-install Photo Editor.
