Open that report in design view and then click on "File" and choose "Page Setup". It is possible it get set accidentally when the report was designed. There are nearly 100 reports in the app. When a user choses to print a report, the default printer that comes up in the print dialog box is the default printer set on their machine, EXCEPT for one of the reports. On that one report only, the default printer that comes up in the dialogue box is a different printer. All users get this different printer. I did not write any code or make any settings to indicate printer choice. What could be happening? How can I get this one report to print to the user's default printer? Note: The only way that users can print a report is with a toolbar PRINT button that I brings up the dialogue box. There is no file menu from the reports and there is no button with a printer icon that sends reports straight to the printer. --Susan Susan B.
