[AccessD] Filter records in a list via a combo

Are you talking about functionality similar to Windows help?
In which case, I would use a text box and perform my filtering in the Change
event:

Private Sub txtMyTextbox_Change ()

    Me!lstMyListBox.RecordSource = "SELECT CustomerID, CustomerName FROM
Customers " & _
        "WHERE CustomerName Like '" & Me!txtMyTextbox.Text & "'"
