Sorry about that, I don't know how I typed in those extra 2k2's ..... <clarification> Older versions ( <= A2k) need API calls to PRTDEVMODE and other functions, arcane, to say the least. </clarification> -----Original Message----- From: Developer [mailto:Developer at UltraDNT.com] Sent: Thursday, May 06, 2004 11:31 AM To: 'Access Developers discussion and problem solving' Subject: RE: [AccessD] Assign Specific Printer Access version? 2k2+ can use Application.Printers collection, and Printer objects. I have a mail tracking database that prints out different types of labels. In the label page set up I have it set to go to a specific printer, but for some reason whenever I make any changes in the FE and push out the new FE some of the labels reset themselves to go back to the default printer. Is there anyway in code that I can hard code the printer that I want the label to go to??? I am getting tired of having to go back and correct the label on the users FE to make it go to a specific printer. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, Mike Gowey MCSA, A+ Cert.
