[AccessD] Which Report Event to use. and related code XP

I want to set some code 

          If is null [txtnotes] then

          [txtnotes].visible = false

 

I am thinking that should go into the on format event, but I do not see that
event. This text box is part of a sub report so it needs to check this for
each row in the report.
