[AccessD] How many Access installed worldwide?

And I've 3 (boy this could take a while).

Sorry Rudolf, we're being facetious. But the question's a bit like how many
drops of water in the Pacific. Maybe MS know how many copies they have
registered but that's surely the tip of the iceberg.
