Yes.  You need to include the Access Runtime files with your application. If
you have a copy of Office Developer Edition, these files will automatically
be included if you use the Package and Deployment Add-In.

Okay...this may seem like a stupid question.  But....is there any way to
publish an Access application to people that don't have MS Access??
