[AccessD] A2K3 Import does not work

In Access 2003 to import a txt file (CSV)
 
File >Import > change to TXT file > select file and open
Nothing happens. I just come back to the database window.
No error, no import, no nothing!!
 
Same thing in A2K2 (XP) works fine....
