[AccessD] DLL question (was Broadcast a message)

Am trying to use Novell messaging for broadcasting messages, and have code
(thanks for pointer Gustav) to use API calls in NWNETAPI.DLL. But whenever I
run the code I get a "Path not found: NWNETAPI.DLL" error. Even if I put the
specific location of the DLL I still get it. Does this mean it uses other
DLL's, and if so how do I find out what else I need? Or what else could it
be?
