[AccessD] Keyboard Shortcut for comments

No.

You can check by going into the Cutomize dialog for toolbars, selecting 
options and then selecting "Show shortcut keys in screen tips". 

Then hoivering over any shortcut item will show the shortcut key if it 
exists (there are none shown for comment/uncomment)
