[AccessD] Keyboard Shortcut for comments

But you can customize this, and create a keydb shortcut for it.  While
in "customize" mode for toolbars, make it show Image and Text, or Text
Only, then edit the text, and put an ampersand in front of the character
you want to be the accelerator key.
