If you have fields on the same line, then the line won't be able to shrink unless all the fields can shrink. In the report I have on the left hand side name, business, friends name. The middle (ideally on the same line) address, and then alittle over (once again on the same line) is the Total Sum. I have set all the fields to shrink, but when there is only a business and friend name to the record, it does not shrink all the way. But when there is a Memname and friend name, it does. This is a mystery. Any clues? IS there a limit to the number of fields that can shrink?
