AXP One of my users has discovered that by pressing Ctrl-A this will select all records in a form. Then he can copy, open up Excel and paste all the records into a spreadsheet. However, because of the sensitive nature of the data, Management do not want the full database to be available this way. I have found out how to disable Ctrl-A using autokeys so that all records cannot be selected. I have also removed from my custom menu the option to Select all records. There is still the problem of manually selecting all records with the mouse, then copying them to the clipboard. I don't want to disable Ctrl-C because it is useful elsewhere in the programme. Is there a way to check if records are selected (any number of records - not just all of them)? If I could find out that, then if records were selected I could cancel out the copy, but if only text was selected I could alow the copy to proceed.
