My company is moving to replacing Access97 with Oracle HTML DB. 

Can anyone comment on the pros or cons of Oracle HTML DB? 
Does anyone know how easy it is to migrate existing Access97 data across and
how easy is it to learn to set up front ends in the Oracle environment?

I am self taught on Access97 and understand nearly all of the discussion on
this list.
