[AccessD] Why Change Field Size/was Change Field Size

Back in facing the Nazi IT types again I'm afraid.  But the starting wage is 
240% of what I left at.  And I'm negotiating the next doubling which will 
happen in increments over the next 18 months and there isn't much argument 
on that point.  I'll just pat myself on the back thank you very much.
