Yup.  Extensions mean nothing to Access.

Users...you never know what they're going to do...

I sent an .mde to a client but had to name it .bob to get it past his
network sentries.  Told the user to rename .bob to .mde.  He renamed it .mdb
instead.  Says it runs OK.  Seems to here as well.

Is it really OK?
