[AccessD] When I open the DB question

After review and LUNCH, my skills tell me I should do a splash screen for theapplication. Run code behind that and then have it open to the proper form.

I have a database that if there is no data in a particular
table I want to open one form. If there is data I want to
open a different form.

 

What event am I looking for to do this?
