[AccessD] What is this .md1 That Is Locking My Security File?

Well, I can't figure out why you're not getting the corresponding ldb file
that's assocated with all of the MSAccess versions and their db's.  What
OS are you running on?  What version of Access are you using?  Can you
make sure you ARE getting those ldb files on the databases?  If not,
there's something really adrift here.

I don't doubt you are getting what you say you are...you should know!  ;) 
We need a few more puzzle pieces yet...but we'll get it put together...
