Hi John: That depends. If the security setting are read-only then NO. In many cases, if you have the latest version of Adobe Reader-Writer, the files can be opened and edited and then the data can be saved in various formats. I understand there are a few programs out there that can perform a similar task. (If the PDF file has not been locked down.)
