[AccessD] OT: What are you lot doing now and then?

Jim,

I suppose if ALL other factors were equal, then a prospective employee
would have an edge if he had a cert. Out of the 21 responses I got,
only four people had MS certs of any kind. Only one of those -- Randy
Anthony -- had CURRENT certifications. Amazing.
