[AccessD] Disable Mousewheel in Access 2003 Form

I noticed too late that you referred to A2003 specifically in your post.
I should say that I haven't used this with A2003, only 97 and XP, but
it's still worth a try.

Hi everyone!

I looked through the archives about this, but didn't come up with
anything
for Access 2003.  Might be because there is no solution, but I wanted to
run
it up the flag pole one more time.

I have a form that I want the mousewheel disabled while that form is
open.
 Any way of doing this short of shooting the mouse?
