I am developing a Phone Log in Access for use in my office. We have three sets of contacts in Outlook: Accountability Contacts; Assessment Contacts; and Superintendents. The Accountability Contacts and Assessment Contacts may overlap i.e. some Assessment Contacts are also Accountability Contact and vice versa. In my phone log I have a people table and links to three spreadsheets which contain the respective Contact information that I export from Outlook. I would like to create a button that will go to Outlook, run the export wizard for each of my contact folders which will overwrite the Excel sheets that are attached to my phone log database.
