[AccessD] Reading FoxPro Tables

Just a guess maybe a missing cdx file from directory
FoxPro tables can consist of several files. The table itself is MyTable.dbf.
If it has a memo field there will be a MyTable.fpt file present. If it has
an index there will be a MyTable.cdx file present.
