Lol, good question.  I have proposed it to Wrox, and they have actually
said they are looking for a co-author to work on it.  Unfortunately I
haven't heard anything since.  

Perhaps I could publish the name and email of my contact there and
everyone on the list interested in the subject could pester them?  ;-)
