He is ready to buy a new handheld device - Ipod or Palm Pilot or new phone (basically the best tool for this job) which has the ability to connect back to his Access mdb and read his client list and phone numbers easily. Reading the archives I see there are a few choices (eg. Palm, with hotsynch to Outlook) but there are so many new options. For ease of use - what do you recommend? I also don't want to be charging him much for development time, so simple is good....
