[AccessD] Australia - find nearest location

FWIW, list mail has been bad all week for me -- not just accessd, but all of
the lists I'm on -- I see responses long before the originals -- sometimes
as long as an entire day. Also, my own postings are taking forever to show
up. 

I don't think there's anything we can really do about it, except wait for it
to work itself out.
