[AccessD] "class not registered" error

Hi all,

I am trying to use the wizard to add a combo or list box to a form.  Right 
after I select the query to use for my data, a "class not registered" error 
is returned. I am using access 2000, windows2000, and downloaded the latest 
patches, but this didn't help.

When I try the same process on my access2002/xp operating system, it works 
fine.

Can anyone give me a clue as to what's going on?
