Just a quick plug for a site that has been quite useful to me over the last 12 months - http://www.dropload.com This is *Free* and allows you to post a file up to 100MB at their site. You just enter an email address for the file recipient and the file name and your recipient will receive an email with a link to allow them to download. Nice and simple. Kath
